Sri Lanka has two monsoons that affect different coasts. For a classic tour (south and west coast, Cultural Triangle, highlands), November to April is ideal. For the east (Trincomalee, Arugam Bay), the best window is May to September. The highlands stay cool and green year-round.

At booking time you pay a 30 % deposit by credit card (through our secure Stripe checkout). The remaining balance is settled automatically two weeks before departure — we send you a reminder with a ready payment link in good time. Your trip stays securely confirmed without you having to park the money for months.

Up to 60 days before departure you get a full refund of the deposit (less verifiable third-party costs). Between 60 and 30 days the deposit is retained; for shorter-notice cancellations, staggered amounts apply depending on already booked services. Details in our Terms. For unforeseen events we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
